Stacie Revitsky

Stacie is 2nd generation and has been a vital member of the family businesses since 1992. She is the business manager for both Concord Home Sales and Griggs Enterprises, the company’s rental business. She ensures that daily operations inside and outside the office run smoothly. She loves building relationships with customers and helping them find their perfect home.

Outside Interests:

Spending time with family—her husband, three daughters, and grandchildren—gardening, and enjoying time at the ocean.

Rachel Coronis

Rachel is 3rd generation and has been a part of the Concord Home Sales/Griggs Enterprises team since 2012. She has worked her way up in the company and is the property manager for the company’s rental properties.

Outside Interests:

Camping, hiking, and spending time near the water with her husband and three boys.

Korrie Garland

Korrie joined the Concord Home Sales sales team in 2023. She brings a strong background in manufactured home sales and manufactured home community property management to the team.

Outside Interests:

Cooking, camping, and spending time on Lake Winnisquam with her husband and daughter.

Abigail Gleason

Abigail is 3rd generation and has been a part of the Concord Home Sales team since 2020. Abby is the sunny voice on the other end of the phone when you call in and provides office and administrative support across the Concord Home Sales team.

Outside interests:

Spending quality time with her husband and daughter, adventuring outdoors, and reading.

Tim Griggs

Tim is 3rd generation and has been a part of the Concord Home Sales team since 2018. He works in all aspects of maintenance, including new home delivery and setup.

Outside Interests:

Spending time with his wife, animals, and anything that involves a motor and the outdoors.

Brandi Warren

Brandi joined the team in 2025 to assist wherever she is needed in the day-to-day operations of the office. She is also a licensed real estate agent who has been working with Concord Home Sales, selling within their communities for over 10 years.

Outside interests:

Spending time with her three daughters, reading, and enjoying live music and theatre.
